About our Self Storage
Will I need to insure my items?
- Yes. The goods in your storage unit remain your responsibility. You will be required to have insurance cover against loss or damage to your goods during the period of storage.
- It is normally the case that your home contents insurance will not cover your goods in storage.
- We can provide contents cover for your goods if you decide to add on our StoreProtect coverage. Just provide us with the replacement value of your goods and we can add the protection fee's to your bill.
If your goods are worth storing, they should be insured!
How and when can I access my storage plot?
You can access your plot between the hours of 07:00 - 21:00.
You will be given your own personal access code which will let you through our electric security gates and for internal units, it will let you into the storage building.
You don't need to let us know you are coming, simply come and go as you please.

Will my storage space be private?
Yes. Your storage unit is protected by your own padlock and only you retain the keys.
Do I need a padlock?
Yes, you will need to provide the padlock for you unit. This gives you peace of mind that you hold the keys and are in control of who can access the unit.
If you don't have a padlock, you can purchase one from our onsite shop.

Are there power sockets inside the units?
No, unfortunately we do not supply any power sockets inside our units.
What can I store?
You can store most items however, It is illegal to store objects such as firearms, illegal substances (drugs, explosives), dangerous weapons or anything else that is illegal or that could be harmful to public health.

What facilities do you have on site?
- Toilets
- Rubbish bins
- We have a small shop in our reception building with caravan accessories, soft drinks and snacks
What security measures do you have in place?
Our security measures include:
- Electric security gates to gain entry to the site
- Entry and exit movements are recorded
- CCTV cameras
- Staff live onsite
- Regular patrols around the compound
- Motion sensitive security lighting
